Myself Vishav Raj Rattan, and I currently hold the esteemed position of Senior Academic Coordinator. In my role, I serve as a key pillar of support and leadership within the academic department of our institution. As a Senior Academic Coordinator, my primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring the seamless operation of various academic programs and initiatives. I play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the execution of educational activities, from curriculum planning to student assessment and everything in between. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is working closely with a talented team of educators and administrators to enhance the overall learning experience for our students. Collaborating with faculty members, I contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods and curriculum enhancements that keep our institution at the forefront of education. Additionally, I take pride in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our students. Whether it's addressing their academic needs, providing guidance on career paths, or organizing extracurricular activities, I am dedicated to ensuring that our students receive a holistic education that prepares them for success in their future endeavors. Furthermore, I am responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of academic programs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of education we offer. This involves conducting regular assessments and gathering feedback from students and faculty to continuously refine our educational offerings. Ms. Renu Kukreja is MBA, B.Ed and also certified in Office Management Course. She has 3 years of experience in Admin Department and also has 8 years of teaching experience. Being junior coordinator, she strongly believes in team spirit to achieve the set organizational goals, ethos and philosophy for the holistic development of the students. She is involved in setting appropriate standards and benchmarks in curriculum areas, analysing, preparing and presenting data to demonstrate achievements of cohorts in test and tasks, and learnings. She is also involved in developing a responsive and appropriate curriculum which is child centered to cater the need of the hour. The focus of an activity based curriculum is teaching skills and knowledge to your students through creative tasks and activities. Rather than students passively listening to a teacher, students will complete tasks that practise key skills and allow them to absorb information in an active way. At R K International School, education is not restricted to mere textbooks, but is a complete package aimed at holistic learning resulting in complete evolution of the body mind and soul.
